If you are new to Pilates and/or the Pilates Reformer this workshop is for you. We will cover the basics of Pilates form, the parts of the reformer, and foundational exercises.
Please come dressed to work out. As we will be doing the exercises as well as breaking them down. No shoes. Barefoot or grip socks.
This workshop is designed to get you ready for a class. If you have injuries we will have time to discuss modifications.
You will leave with the knowledge you need to join class.
